Tier 5 Arcane, Ignorant Wizardry, & Vessel Of Mana, Master Of Magic From General Magic Ace

10 Mana, 3d20, 300ft, 5 targets, have a +3 to their spell dc, and can be casted as an action, bonus action, and reaction.
Even if you have access to multiple magical ace pages, a character can only have 1 Tier 6.
True Magic
Requires Barrier Of Entry : Arcane
Double the cost of a spell to give it the True property. This means that nothing can be resistant or immune to your magical damage. This completely bypasses non-magical, magical, and even paracausal means.
