Having walked the path of psionics and hacking, you’ve discovered a hack deck that allows you to combine the best of both worlds and achieve ascendancy

You Gain A Resource Pool Of Splicer Points Equal To 2 Times your intelligence stat

During short rests, you can make a psionic or ascendant based technique based on the parameters of this path. You can make a technique attempting to break someone’s armor class or force them to roll a save.

You can also make utility or unique techniques that aren’t just about damage, as long as it has to do with your elements and your DM is fine with it, the power of psionics and ascendancy can do a lot!

There are no set costs for your techniques, the creation is point buy based. the more powerful you make them, the more splicer points you need to spend

Examples

You can make a technique that moves an ally out of the way of an attack as a reaction or make a technique that opens a patch of the ascendant plane into the material plane, giving a boost to all of your other splicer techniques.

Aphix Integration

During a short rest, you can install an Aphix integration within an object with electric functions, you can have one aphix integration at a time.

as a free action once per round, you can freely control your integration and morph it’s body at your whim as if it were a part of your body.

EX: You create an integration into a cellular device, allowing it to crawl through vents and use the inner wiring to static stab through enemies.

Regardless of what spellmaker you have, you can add Psionic & Ascendant to your spells as well as the attributes of the splicer hack maker to your Spellmakers

Measures the amount of insight that splicing gear gives to you about a creature’s weaknesses and ways of downplaying their greatest strengths.

Minotaur Dispatch

As an action, bonus action, or reaction you can forcefully manipulate the position of a creature and teleport them. if they’re unwilling, they need to make a intelligence will save against your hacking DC.

the base range of the teleport is 10 + your intelligence. for every additional 10ft you wish the teleport to be, you must expend a splicer point as you use the dispatch.

Regardless of what type of action you use, you can only use minotaur dispatch once per turn.

Nexus Vault

You can sacrifice your turn to create your own temporary vault in space and ascendance, akin to a pocket dimension. it’s a near infinite space where your splicer techniques deal double damage. You can easily exit this space as an action.

the vault leaves a traceable rift upon the spot you entered. If a creature using an ability to interact with ascendant powers and rolls higher than your hacking dC, they can enter your space.

Deepsight

As an action, you can attempt to look in the surrounding past of an object you touch. You roll the Fractspectu skill check to measure how much of the past of the object you can see.

Logic

When using a splicer technique, you can spend extra points to have it take on the effects of paracausal light and darkness. the range of what you can get away with are below and the cost of adding these elements to your techniques is up to the DM’s discretion:

  • light:

    • solar fire and healing

    • arc speed and blinding lightning

    • void power absorption and strength draining

  • Dark:

    • stasis shattering and freezing Crystallization

    • Strand bindings and weave-life Unraveling

    • luster influence and planar manipulation

Simulations

As an extra action, you can create a simulacrum of yourself formed out of splicer and ascendant energy. You expend 10 splicer points as create the following version of yourself:

  • They have their own initiative

  • They have your exact armor class and all of your techniques and abilities, they only have 10 health though

    However

  • they have a -2 debuff to all rolls and any damage they deal is divided by 4

  • they can be dissipated early as a bonus action and you’ll regain the 10 splicer points. if they are destroyed by battle then the splicer points cannot be regained.
